Adoption Application

We reserve the right to refuse adoption to any applicant for any reason. This questionnaire becomes part of our contract.

*All the dogs are crate trained, potty trained, fixed, chipped, vaccinated, and fully vetted.

*We do not adopt any of our dogs to families with small children (must be over 13) I know this is frustrating for some, but the safety and well-being of our dogs is our number one priority.
